ETNA ROSATO

Alnus is our wine that we dedicate to the hundreds of generations of Etna winemakers who have gone before us. The initial idea was to produce a rosé. However, it is difficult and reductive to frame it under this category. It is fresh and sharp like a white, and at the same time broad and reassuring, as only a good Etnean red can be. A few miglaia of bottles: too few for a rosé that is not rosé.
