Sandy, volcanic, very rich in minerals, with subacid reaction.
The grapes are harvest and selected, brought to the winery in shallow crates, where the whole clusters are soft-crushed. Fermentation for 7 days in stainless steel vats, then 6 monts in stainless steel. Refining at least 3 months in bottle.
Eye: intense red with violet reflexes. Nose: red fruits, herbal notes of macchia mediterranea. Palate: clean, fruity, mineral, good persistence.
